Our Distributor Program is very simple and fairly straight-forward*. After qualifying for distributor status, you will receive a tiered pricing discount on our Contractor Series roof seamers, hand tools, the D.I. REVOLUTION™ and many other products that we offer.

DI'S OBLIGATIONS AS THE SUPPLIER: Supplier shall provide Distributor with quality, marketable products adherent to the pricing set forth in this agreement. Orders for standard products will ship within thirty (30) days ARO. Supplier agrees to provide Distributor with marketing assistance and available promotional literature to assist in the promotion and sale of Supplier's Product. Additionally, Supplier will provide Distributor training for its staff and/or customers, in conjunction with the marketing, sale and service of Supplier’s products. This training will be offered one time per year at the corporate location of the Distributor. Additional and/or followup training options include Webinars, as well as “hands on” classes held at Supplier’s training facility in Corinth, MS.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS A DISTRIBUTOR: Distributors shall use their best efforts to promote and sell Supplier’s products, including displaying products at all appropriate trade shows, advertising products in catalogs, price lists and other associated marketing information. Supplier will supply verbiage and photographs as required. Distributors will use their best efforts to supply technical support of products to its customers and will advise Supplier immediately if they are unable to respond to customer inquiries efficiently. Distributors shall strive to maintain a sufficient and representative inventory of Supplier’s products to serve their customers. Distributors shall be free to establish their own pricing for products but agree not to sell any Product for less than the Supplier’s quoted “Retail Price.”
